On 5 October 2011, THE LAW OFFICES OF MENASCE CHICHE organised an event marking the publication of a highly topical book entitled “Réfugiés Palestiniens, otages de la diplomatie” (The Palestinian refugees: hostages of diplomacy), which explores the fate of the Palestinian refugees and the wider Middle East conflict in which a number of countries have become involved.
Given the complexity of the subject, Charles Meyer and Philippe Juza were keen to approach it from two different perspectives:
– the legal professional: Charles Meyer is an attorney at law at the Bar of Brussels and of Tel Aviv. He acts as a consultant to our firm on international law and is also an Honorary Professor at the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées and a former French Foreign Trade Advisor.
– the historian: Philippe Juza PhD is a historian and also Human Resources Director of a major international communication group.
